Pros
There is a kind atmosphere with good people and colleagues. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by such nice and friendly, helpful individuals.
Cons
They shortened the commissions to advisers again. Inflation has risen, but the commissions have not. It’s becoming harder and harder to earn decent money here. As a large corporation, the processes for improvements, especially in systems and programs, are also difficult to achieve. Additionally, they are trying to save on everything, which has led to a decline in the quality of products and support.
