Pros

Good name to have on your CV being the biggest insurance company in Italy

Cons

the wage provided was really low and there was no support at all from the management to the sales organization, they told me they would provide to the sales a list of persons to contact in order to get meetings and sell their products, the reality was that everyone individually had to find names and contacts during their freetime to call trying to book meetings, we were provided no database, phone, email, or portfolio.
