      Pros

      Great benefits. Good environment to learn and grow. If you are will to relocate, opportunities are endless at GE.

      Cons

      Looong hours. They give everyone a laptop to make sure you can work late nights. This is an environment where management will feed you projects and keep feeding them to you until you scream. It's all about doing more with less (people). Resource constrained, stretch opportunities are all key words used to describe your life at GE. Never enough people for a project, and management is always looking for team members to stretch beyond their over-burdened role into new areas.

      It was a place with great people, and great process. (If your not into process clearly might not be a good place for you)

      Cons

      It's a very large compnay and all the units don't always work together; so think of your self of more working for one of the GE companies rather than GE as a whole
