Management, no monetary benefits, proposed pay at the time of offer will never be given at any point of time in your life, no hike, once you leave the company its very difficult to get your settlement have to run behind these people
Everything about this place is low class. I was new to the area and needed something right away. Pay is EXTREMELY low $9.00 to start. Raises are a joke. This call center is the absolute definition of micro-management. Management (coaches) did the best with what they had to work with but, overall horrible place to work. Attrition was terrible, they even admitted they have a problem. People last typically a few weeks and are on to better things and better pay. NOT ONE AGENT ever once saw the "significant bonus" for retaining customers w/ 24 hour fitness in the entire time since the campaign started last year.
