Flexible Scheduling and friendly coworkers. The managers were some of the best I have ever worked with in terms of food service. They were kind, compassionate, and supportive to new employees. The pay and food was good however it is burgers and fries so don't expect to eat healthy here.

Cons

The coworkers were nice, however people don't work too hard which means you have to put in extra work for dinner and lunch rushes.
