Would advise but not long term as did
Pros
The work environment with colleagues and some managers can be great to work with, and employee benefits are reasonable. Flexible with work hours on some conditions, but overall fair. Late and morning shifts are fun if u like working with checklist tasks like me. Work events were often fun, both formal and informal. Uniform is flexible on the lower part.
Cons
On the other side, some managers are difficult to deal with, and training is often hit or miss. Pay isn’t great for hard work, especially after tips were taken away, which really hurts earnings. Long-term employees sometimes slack off during slow hours, making it hard to provide good service and recognition to the secret shopper. Shifts were given unfairly strategically to shorten breaks due to policy.
