Decent Job

Pros

Decent Pay for food service + tips. Simple job.

Cons

Poor management at this location. As a shift lead at the location, there isn’t a current GM so the district manager is the de facto GM. However, they are so passive when it comes to disciplining crew members at the request of in store manager or makes it hard to do the job and is demoralizing.

the best fries, period.

Pros

free fries from time to time, filling the bags with fries... malt vinegar, good bonus structure, get tips from people when they grab their fries, sometimes like 50 bucks!

Cons

get burned by fryer oil... have to clean the fryer. Opening bags of potatoes is tough if the knife isn't sharp and you have to unload the potato truck, usually by yourself.
