Pros

pay break that's about it

Cons

Where do I begin with this. The manager created a toxic environment. Constant micromanaging, playing favorites made it unbearable to work here. Zero professionalism concerns from employees were brushed off with them having a disgusting attitude that they didnt want to be there. Turnover is extremely high because people can’t deal with the manager’s attitude. No real training or support. You’re expected to figure things out on your own and then get criticized when it’s not done the manager’s way. Which that was her way since she can't manage anyone and shouldn't be employed anyway
