      Pros

      Managers and crew at store level were great and honest people.

      Cons

      Horrible toxic attitude from upper management whhich expected unrealistic targets with no financial benefit. Managers were frequently targeted for not meeting sales despite them not having any control over store advertising or footfall. Very poorly run HQ throwing out seemingly random and bad ideas to combat a drop in sales. Big loss in benefits for the lowlevel workers across the past 4 years.
