Pros

The pay isnt horrible for an entry level job, I made $13/hr off the bat, and you get a free meal every shift longer than 5 hours you work.

Cons

It stinks, literally and figuratively. Food safety is not of high concern, there was constantly rotting potatoes or tomatoes in the walk-in. My first day of work, I was told "technically we're supposed to wash our hands everytime we change our gloves, but that's kind of a 'dont talk about fight club' thing." Employees are not regulated at all, harassment, slurs, and hate speech were all commonplace. People the manager on shift liked would hang out in the back with them, sometimes leaving only me, an largely untrained employee to work the front alone. I worked there for over 3 months and never finished basic training, I just had to learn on the fly. Worst of all, I did not get scheduled consistently. Pay isnt bad but that doesnt matter when you aren't getting scheduled to work sometimes more than one 8hr shift in 3 weeks.
