Pros

Free meal every time you work. Lots of fun people to work with. Managers are easily accessible and will let you have days off when you need them. Work environment was never too serious.

Cons

They want you to close at least 2 nights a week or they tell you they can't give you hours. There are times that I would work an 8 hour shift and never get a break or even sit down.

Pros

If you can work for a District Manager that knows what they are doing you will probably have a little bit better experince then I did. It was a fun restaurant to work in with the right people. Menu is easy to learn.

Cons

1. Loaded down with forms, procedures and various internal inspections. Not a problem if they did not tell you to be on the cooking line 90% of your time. 2. Organization expanded on the restaurant end way too fast. Corperate office did not. Employees not getting correct pay. W-2s being late by 6 months for several employees. I even had to chase them for pay I was due after I was terminated. They paid me some of it and when I asked for reasoning, no responses from 2 people that handled payroll. 3. NEVER! I mean NEVER ask anyone, from Corperate that visit you store, questions on "why" or "how". I asked a question that my boss did not have an answer for and I was told by one of the owners "I don't know". The next day I heard I was almost fired for asking why we cook at a certain temp because the French Fry consistancy was a company wide issue. I learn by asking those who are supposed to be the experts. By the way, my asking came after He had already asked me what kind of issues we had been facing. I told him of several and he was on the phone in an instant fixing them. Being helpful is not incouraged but it is a serious threat to your employment.

-Simple Menu, easy to remember -Upbeat, Positive, Friendly atmosphere -Free food at lunch on 8+ hour shifts -Easy hiring process & interview -No past experience required -The uniforms are free (Two T-Shirts & a Hat) -Tips -Secret Shopper bonuses -Free Peanuts :)

Cons

-I had to buy a pair of black slip resistant shoes, the cheapest pair I could find were $17 @ Walmart -No benefits -You smell gross when you go home - It's an average minimum wage job -People under 18 cant flip the burgers, cook the fries, grab buns of the warmer for toppings, or use a knife etc. The only jobs they can do are lobby clean-up, or cashier.
