Great atmosphere to work with, the people behind the line are even better. Great advancement opportunity in the individual stores. Good quality fiood to serve and eat.

Cons

You can cap your advancement within the company. Individual stores are quick to promote, but once you've reached that level, it's finished. The work must be done hard, and to the point. You will be constantly pushed to continue, even if not thought possible.

its very simple, easy to do, employees are nice, day goes by fast, pay is decent.

it can get boring at times when there are no customers, and theres nothing to do but stand around.
