Pros

Easy to learn tasks and good on the job training. You learn how to grill a mean burger and make amazing fries. They'll also hire just about anyone, even if you're still in highschool.

Cons

Have to learn self control for when it comes to food. Saw several co-workers pack on some delicious pounds. The pay was minimum wage but then again what job(with no prior experience needed) doesn't pay the same?

Working at Five Guys Burgers and Fries was a good experience.

Pros

The managers at the Five Guys I worked at were great. Work atmosphere was definitely fun. You never really get bored of your job because you do a different task everyday.

Cons

Hours are very early if you are working the morning shift and hours are extremely late if you're closing. Should definitely not be a minimum wage job for the amount of work you do.

Pros

When they gave you free food that was good. I Like free food. Foooood, yay. Also you could go have cigarettes.

Cons

The elaborate system of hierarchy for very annoying. Everyone was super invested in if the were an assistant shift leader or a level two hamburger maker. Also we had to watch these horrible training videos.
