Pros

Flexible schedule and it's easy to become accustomed to everything you're supposed to do in a short period of time. Gain of experience.

Cons

It's a lot of work for a minimum wage job and Negative workers.

Pros

I got hired on as a senior in high school and now Im a senior in college. They are very flexible with hours, even as a student. Promoted to shift lead and taught things like prep, inventory, etc. Good place to meet good, hardworking people and get some easy kitchen/managerial experience. Also, opportunity for bonuses twice a week!

Cons

Cleaning is extensive and thorough. Big on "the five guys way" so you should be good at adapting your style of work to five guys style. Management changes a lot which can be chaotic.
