Pros

Bonuses and other incentives help make it feel like you have a reason to care for the company. Eventually you'll end up wanting more though.

Cons

Very strict, management has some tunnel vision in terms of training, sales, and policies.

Pros

My supervisor is really nice and makes me feel appreciated and usually thanks me for doing something. We get free food while we're working. Tips. (Sometimes) Cool soda machine.

Cons

If employees forget to divide tips, we don't get them. My manager was very rude until a fellow coworker called corporate. In fact, he was so rude and I was so overwhelmed by ridiculously high expectations, that I cried just about every night the first few days working. All I ever do is sweep and clean. I get sent home early a lot of the time. Everyone tells me how to perform a task differently and I get yelled at for "not doing something right."

Pros

You are able to learn different parts of business. They are willing to move you up along the chain as long as you are preforming well.

Cons

The job it self is a lot. It gets very busy, and entails you to be on your toes at all times.
