Working here you were encouraged to advance in the company. Plus they have two secret shops each week, if you did well on the secret shops then you could win money.

Cons

Sometimes there a lot of expectations. The secret shops are pretty much up to their opinion. It's fast paced so if you can't handle that, then this probably not the job for you.

Pros

Cleanliness and sanititation is strictly enforced, from morning prep to operation to shutting down. Free meals everyday that really never got old.

Cons

Its a burger joint. That being said, its one of the best damn burger joints around. Management offers some potential but not much. Something to put you through college or just make ends meet.
