Pros

A nice variety of employees ranging from all different areas of the world. Easy to get along with and build person relationships with. Time-off policies are fair. You request time off a few days to 2 weeks ahead of time and it is almost always fulfilled. The company values are respectable. Dress-code and other guidelines are fair and not too-strict. Perfect for the average teen or entry-level worker.

Cons

Leadership/management is horrible. They tell you one thing than another and everything becomes unclear when you go to complete a task you feel you are thrown into a shark tank tied down trying to figure out a way to escape. Training is very limited and most supervisors/managers don't seem to care too much about training new employees. The owners don't seem to care for employee satisfaction. They care al about their money and person needs of the company, rather than if an employee is happy and/or taken care of their needs/wants.
