Fun environment to work in. management is appreciative of hard work. employer is sensitive to personal requests for time off after proving yourself to be a loyal, hard working, honest employee

Cons

The hours can be during busy times of the year, but you are compensated well during lulls in the year.

Pros

You get free food during your shift.

Cons

TONS of false promises that include pay and positions. They are rude and have awful communication. This company can't seem to communicate at all. Do NOT work for these guys unless you've exhausted all of your options (including McDonalds and Burger King). When you first get hired on, they promise you TONS of things, make the company sound great and put a fake smile on. In reality, they hire people who aren't capable or are completely foolish. Even the employees they hire are disrespectful, rude and arrogant (HOW? You work for a fast food restaurant...). They walk ALL OVER the managers. But of course, this isn't apparent to District Managers because they all put fake smiles on and get the job done when the District Manager is in their store. The managers have no problem yelling at you in front of everyone and embarrassing you. They train you incorrectly just to blame you! I've seen this happen to MULTIPLE people. No wonder their turn over rate is high.

Pros

free food opportunity to make good friends tips on a good night talking to customers and striking good convos putting out good food and having regulars return

Cons

very competitive, many people want to be in charge so they try and boss others around so much work for so little compensation, it almost feels like a rip-off. the music gets pretty annoying after a while the food is kind of pricey so there's lots of rude customers or cheapo's who don't want to pay
