Pros

Start at $8.00/hour with easy opportunity for raises up to $9.00, all managers come from within the company and it's also pretty easy to become a manager, nice environment, the work keeps you busy while the store's busy, easy to get along with co-employees and I developed some nice relationships, managers are generally really cool people and same goes for general managers, better-than-your-average workplace mixtape (rock music instead of pop garbage)

Cons

Fickle customers (not really Five Guy's fault but still... it gets old), repetitive work, probably the most boring thing to do when the store is slow

Pros

There is no pros at all

Cons

Shallow mangers, a lot of hard work for staff members who earn the less and mangers do nothing some times just chilling in the office n never clock out
