Over Worked, Under paid, Under appreciated. I absolutely hate it here. My bosses are jerk and don't give two shifts about employee happiness.

Pros

The work is relatively simple because the menu is refined to just burgers and fries. Once you get used to the process of opening and closing it becomes second nature.

Cons

If you work at a store that is not very busy then they will offer you good pay but make you do 3 other employees jobs and expect perfect results. If you make a mistake it is highly frowned upon but it is easy to do so when you have to do a job that requires at least 3 employees by yourself.

Pros

Great food, one free meal, and possible extra money. You can earn almost $100 bucks when someone from the company comes in (you won't know it's them) and orders something and if all proper procedures are followed you get extra money on your pay check.

Cons

At times pretty fast paced and hectic. Cashiers can't delete items. Meaning if someone changes there mind about what size fry they want you have to call a manager to come delete it. This happened a lot with me because people would assume it's one size and then I show them and they are still content but at the last second they are having second thoughts.
