Pros

Always have something to do, you have time all day to be happy and show customers how much fun it is to be in the kitchen with your co workers. Fast pace. And you get secret shops 2 times a week and get extra money. Quarterly raises if your up to standard, opening is awesome and time flys , closing a little difficult but you get use to it.

Cons

Very strict, some people that run the place is very rude and dont follow by example, smells disgusting, and alot of grease to work with
