Pros

Met a few cool people

Cons

-Work on getting your employees to stay long term. - Don't ask for impossible things like closing the floor alone and expecting it to be done in a stupid time that is unrealistic -Don't compare staff when really you don't see everything that goes on - Don't make promises you cannot keep -DON'T EMPLOY SO MUCH STAFF THAT you aren't able to make the shifts go round -DON'T SWEAT AT STAFF -Appreciate your staff more instead of only focusing on negatives -Put rotas up on time -Don't be unreasonable when a fair request is being made - Dishoensty is wrong

Pros

Get good tips, get to chat with customers, get free soda.

Cons

Make a mistake on an order and you're facing a fiery fury from both the customers and workers, don't work here if you can't handle yelling or getting yelled at.

Pros

Pretty easy job to handle especially for someone right out of high school.

Cons

They do not really care who works there, you are just a number and they can replace you really easily.
