Pros

Great people and place to work, good opportunities for bonuses and free food

Cons

District Managers and beyond are really quite demanding, expecting a lot from you but not giving you much back. Don' offer sponsorship for really fantastic employees.

Pros

High energy job and very social. Learn lots of hospitality skills and food safety.

Cons

Very low wage across all positions. Especially managemnt, who are payed significantly less than standard fast food manager roles. Bonus is non competitive and very difficult to achieve. ASMs always on closing shifts and never get weekends off, while the GMs always get early shifts Monday to friday and there is no compromise.

Pros

The staff is great, ive always had great GM's, and my store takes pride in cleanliness and quality.

Cons

Not great training for new workers, a bit of favoritism in the higher ups, and raises are often a pain
