Pros

Very customer service oriented. For the most part friendly co workers. If you show you are a good worker, willing to give you a raise. Free food every shift you work.

Cons

Been understaffed and overworked for months at our store. Too much turnover. For amount of work you do, pay could be a little better.

Pros

Great atmosphere; opportunity to work with a team that is dedicated to providing quality service and product, while still having fun. You also get to interact with a lot of different people every day. Management when I was there was very approachable, helpful, dedicated, and fun to work with. I loved coming to work every morning, and would have stayed longer if I hadn't moved away to college.

Cons

It's a very high-energy and fast-paced place, so that can be tiring if you aren't used to being on your feet and being active all day.
