Pros

The secret shop program was honestly one of the best parts about working at five guys, along with a crew that cares you’re able to make a lot more than your base pay with tips included.

Cons

Staying longer than your scheduled time finishing cleaning the entire kitchen.

Pros

5 Guys is a fantastic place to work. They pay their employees fairly and provide all of the relevant training. Lots of opportunities for advancement through 5 guys, as they only hire internally for corporate positions.

Cons

If you get stuck on fries, it can be brutal. The fry guys have one of the most labor intensive jobs during closing & cleaning. It's hard work, but its good work in a good environment.
