Good GM

Pros

My GM was amazingly hard working and supportive of his team, even in a crisis. I would work with him again. 10/10. Unofficially the franchise did well at supporting inclusion at store level of all kinds. Immigrants, LGBTQIA, ex-cons, everyone was given a fair chance.

Cons

Unpaided compared to other AMs in the local market. The DM above the store level at the time did not represent brand standards. Salary management was forced to go from working 45 to 48 hours a week on salary without pay increases.

Fast environment, lunch with food, pretty relaxed people, tips are the highlight of everyone day.

Cons

Customers get fussy even if it’s DoorDash fault, low on hands causes extra work.
