Pros
Started off as an intern in my last year of college, learned a ton and helped me really get through my last couple of courses, they hired me in and I had some quality years of experience
Cons
Had to train myself, working under managers that feel they need to micro manage, working for a manager that should be fired instead of "moved around", the department I was in was under staffed for the amount of work, instead of corporate helping they make more work, i.e. requiring multiple "audits" that collect the same data with same result and that is never used at the plant level
