      If you want to lead or take a leadership roll there is opportunity.

      Cons

      Reporting structure is confusing and not all groups ( program management, engineering, purchasing,...) are aligned.

      Pros

      People some really good people but they are leaving or plan on leaving asap.

      Cons

      Bad Management, no training, very political. Treatment of employees based on your Manager is horrible. HR doesn't stand-up for mistreated employees. LARGE numbers of employees quit, walked out or left for better opportunities. Hiring a TON of contractors.

      Pros

      They pay well, have very good benefits and great people in the plant

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, no one manages the people, they only yell when something goes wrong, which is daily. No one teaches, or coaches or leads by example. Big turnover in salary and hourly jobs. Very poor training to new employees, you're left to try to obtain training from whoever will help you.
