      Pros

      The plant was within 15 minutes drive of my house! There were no other redeeming aspects to working there, in all honesty.

      Cons

      Senior Management - Not interested in making improvements. Quality department - unable to resolve supplier quality issues. Production department - produced whatever they wanted. Constantly changed machine setting, so produced large amounts of scrap on a daily basis Production Control - Master schedulers serious under-achievers. More interested in playing around on Facebook than managing the production plan. Material planners left holding the baby.....

      Pros

      Pay was ok but not worth it in the long run. Mandatory overtime, 6 to 7 days power week every week. Seventy to eighty hours power week every week with no end in site.

      Cons

      The company has finally gone out ooh business. This id's the only French company I have ever worked for and may be the last. Management simply did not know what they were doing.

      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits/401k/etc. Great dental benefits.

      Cons

      you have to work a lot of hours. Away from family a lot so it plays havoc on family life. If you are not married, don't plan on getting married while employed here because it isn't healthy for new marriage. They will not promote from within so forget any career advancement while you are there. you go in as a private and you leave as a private. There isn't respect within the management, some of them yell and scream at each other and blame each other. Cussing each other out.
