Pros
I learned a lot at this place (you are on your own so you are forced to come up with solutions) my manager was not bad (he was not great either )
Cons
1. lack of technical expertise 2. Politics 3. gossiping 4. the company hire bunch of interns and expect the work to get done. 5. management is horrible to say the least. 6. the structure is horrendous, every few weeks there is a new organization announcement so expect to be reporting to multiple people. 7. life-work balance does not exist at least for me that was the case (some were paid doing absolutely nothing)
