      Pros

      The company has a great structure and good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      The top Managemant is horrible. The General Manager is honest and dont apply the company principles. The human resource area doesn't care and agree with all the problems.

      Pros

      At the time, this was pretty low pace for automotive. Programs dictate the cadence of work. Employees are very friendly. Not too much politics going on. Rewards efforts with promotions.

      Cons

      wafer thin margins as with most of auto tier 1/2 limited innovations not the best talent
