      Not many pros here. Maybe parties, but who cares when you are under paid.

      No overtime pay Paid on a monthly basis Paid way below market rate No pension plans or benefit programs Lack of respect displayed by co-workers and management

      Pros

      They provide you with free training, if that's how you want to look at it. It is not a Job, but they act like you are very much employed by them.

      Cons

      Run like a dictatorship. They do not pay you for training and even after training you are not guaranteed a position. They continue to disappoint there employees after you get a job by only paying you once a month.

      make friends good location a bit of training

      Cons

      No time limit on when you do your sign off after you are finished training. I waited 2months to do mine. You don't get paid until you get placed. If you do. no help at all money or food wise. Training isnt really worth 20,000. alot of it is self thought. Your suppose to be proffesionals, but they treat you like kids.
