      Pros

      The training courses is really useful. There are also opportunities for internal transfer. The company takes good care of you. The sales also tried their best to find the placements for you. There's regular company events as well.

      Cons

      There are some coordination issues which should be taken care of. When more than one interviews comes together with trainings and exams, it would be very tiring.

      - It can be overwhelming at times to learn skills and put them to use within 5 working days - Have to manage your time well especially when there are interviews scheduled during your learning/examination phase - You may need to catch up fast especially if you were from a non technical field
