Pros
Get access to great companies, usually finance. I'm placed at BA which is where I wanted. Can be quite fun in the academy. Opportunities to grow professionally. They have table tennis and table football!
Cons
The training is not great, with a lot of self study needed. Some of the account managers dont really care about your preference of role or company that you want to work for. Its best to be qualified in what you want to go into before you start. Its work brushing up on SQL, and EXCEL before starting.
