Pros

- very nice workmates (very small gap between us, age wise, so we were all quite young); - driving (if you like it); - nice office; - interesting technologies for vehicles maintenance (and quite easy to use);

Cons

- you have to go to two of their partner's sites (I worked in automotive department), so is like a 1h trip at minimum; - people at those sites are not as "nice" (lot of work, probably they are quite stressed). - be prepared to search for vehicles in a parking lot with hundreds.

❌ No Job Security – Frequent layoffs without prior notice, even for employees who recently joined. ❌ Poor Management – Lack of clear project requirements, micromanagement, and favoritism in promotions. ❌ Limited Career Growth – No structured career progression, minimal skill development, and rare promotions. ❌ Strict Work Culture – Some teams expect employees to stretch beyond work hours and even work on weekends without extra pay. ❌ Unhelpful HR – HR department is not supportive; management listens to concerns but does not take action. ❌ Long Notice Period – Some employees must serve a 90-day notice period.
