Pros
SQS prides itself in ethical business practices which means I can hold my head up high as a SQS employee. There is much growth and change within SQS at present. This makes it an exciting place to work and wonderful to be a part of the change. SQS listens to it's employees and constantly strives to work toward being an employer of choice. SQS focusses on client-centricity which means we do everything we can to deliver on our promises to our clients, always trying to exceed expectations.
Cons
SQS has not always been a sales focused organisation so helping colleagues to understand that Sales people have different natures from the rest of the organisation has been a challenge. However this is evolving.
