Your positive comments are reiterated by many of our employees who welcome our open outlook towards flexible working, the freedom to work independently and the varied and interesting project opportunities. Since the start of the year, our Senior Management team have worked hard to be more visible and transparent; quarterly briefings are delivered by our Managing Director followed by question and answer sessions and monthly briefings take place in all offices. Our Employee Forum and Great Place to Work team meet regularly to ensure employees’ comments are heard and to also ensure our engagement strategy is relevant and focussed.
