Pros

I’ve had a great experience at this company. The work-life balance is genuinely respected, which makes a big difference in maintaining both productivity and well-being. The people here are amazing—everyone is open-minded, comes from diverse backgrounds, and brings a high level of intelligence and perspective to the table. It creates an environment where you can learn, grow, and feel supported at the same time.

Cons

As you move up, the number of available positions becomes more limited, which can make career advancement more competitive.

Pros

- Highly collaborative team with great culture and little to no politics/toxicity; great flexibility and WLB. - Great internal systems bolstering an excellent tech company TA function. - Company that seeks to continually improve and evolve. - Competitive salary. - Work travel opportunities.

Cons

- Career stability - role longevity and progression wasn't guaranteed; can be potentially impacted by seemingly arbitrary reorganization exercises. - Centrally remote based teams makes it harder to forge real-time face-to-face working relationships.

Pros

Competitive compensation and benefits package, including travel and wellness allowances, generous paid leave, and other employee perks. The office environment is modern and well-equipped, with quality food and snacks provided. Colleagues are generally friendly and supportive. However, outside of major hubs such as the U.S. and India headquarters, office attendance tends to be low, which can make in-person collaboration more limited.

Cons

Frequent layoffs have created a sense of uncertainty around job stability. The recruitment process was poorly organized, with inconsistent communication and coordination from HR, resulting in a frustrating candidate experience and a negative first impression of the company.
