Pros

Great compensation provided. Nice place to work, other than career advancement. In Seattle, which is a very nice city and not expensive at all.

Cons

Leadership has issues with communications with the engineers. A bit laid back in planning for the future, and ad-hoc decisions made regularly, that throw the engineers a bit off.

Pros

Very fair to the best employees - management provides better raises to employees who work hard and excel at what they do. They are also very supportive and helpful if you are looking to get into another position at the company, no matter how much they need you to stay where you are. If you're lazy and don't do a good job, chances are they'll keep you around, but your pay will reflect your behavior. Three weeks vacation/sick time is good compared to some other companies I've seen recently, but for a travel company, I think there should be more. Fitness reimbursement along with other random benefits. Good hotel discounts. Very supportive company culture.

Cons

Entry-level pay could be better. More time off to increase our travel knowledge. Crappy employees are allowed to linger and cause problems others have to fix.
