      Great team to work with if have the bosses on had who let you do your job and supported you..

      Cons

      Too many senior managers who don't work and expect their team to do their jobs plus his of her job so hours can be very long.

      Pros

      In the marketing department they are focused on moving people around quite a bit to build their skill set. They also have a pretty good benefits package. Flexible work/life balance depending on your manager.

      Cons

      It's a fairly male driven company and it's very important to schmooze with the upper management or you're not likely to move far or fast.

      Pros

      One of the pros for working at Essilor is the ability to grow with in the company there are many opportunities to excel and prepare for the next level whether it is at the same location or if you relocate . The benefits package is good and 401 k is matched at 6%

      Cons

      One of the cons is that at times it does get a little "political" so its just a matter of working around it.
