      Great global organisation

      Pros

      Good industry with a clear mission and purpose, strong market share. Stock options for employee retention, good international team. Good products and backend support.

      Cons

      A coterie of too many old hands, some hardly contributing to the company. Hardly any growth as all the old guys haven't moved. The Indian management also does not encourage international growth and in some cases obstruct opportunities. Local management is also too conservative and not transparent. To such an extent that Employees don't know what grades they are in or what are some of the policies etc., Its more at the whims of the Indian management, thankfully it's changing over the year now.

      Difficult standards to meet, little support.

      Pros

      They have a good product. Good team members. employee health plan and shares program. however difficult to get into.

      Cons

      poor wages, inadequate training for complicated processes. sweatshop like attitude towards employees. some employees are kept as full time "part time" employees and prevented from getting on the health plan or the shareholding program.

      Pros

      Supportive, collaborative, purpose-driven culture. People are very friendly and see the value in building strong relationships. Lots of opportunity to make a difference!

      Cons

      Complexity in the business makes things difficult at times. Streamlining needed. Good news is the culture is open to new ideas.
