Good brand, good innovative products, biggest company of the industry

Cons

Favourism is there, no value for performers, HR is invisible, company is in firing mode, people are leaving the organisation at a very fast rate. You can't grow here.

Lots of procedure need to be reviewed and the company need to grow with the moment, they don’t develop their minds to the actual moment. They say they are innovative but the actions are old. I was fired after returning from maternity leave. Totally disappointed.
