      Awesome company, great benefits, I really like everyone I've met including the President of Arizona, good pay, stable work

      Cons

      You're shuffled around where you're needed. You could go to one location one day and a different the next. Depending on who you are, this may not be a con for you. You only earn 36k based on the overtime achieved. Alot of hustle

      Pros

      The job is very fast paced and you are not stuck behind a desk. The culture is very young and management is really dedicated to helping new employees reach there fullest potential.

      Cons

      You will have to clean some cars if your location does not have a car prep. However, everyone does it and after a while it really isn't that bad.
