      Despite the recent recession, Enterprise was able to be more profitable and expand their overall business. One of their most important success criteria is analogy of an incorcht. All areas within the company are bench marked against one another. Every level within Enterprise cares what employees say about their experience within Enterprise

      Enterprise is a large company which has a lot of benefits, and it is a bit different than working for a small company

      The company is big on giving autonomy to its employees to make business Decisions at a branch level. You will learn how to deal with different types of personalities and how to motivate employees.

      Long hours, but nowadays most jobs require more hours of work.

      Pros

      This company only promotes from within. You always know where you stand as far as promotions, because you can see your competition's numbers and you know your own. Every senior level manager that you interact with started at the counter with the customers. Your management knows what you are going through and they share their knowledge and wisdom. You know that they are not asking you to do something they haven't done themselves. Once you reach Branch Manager level and above, you have the opportunity to take a car home at night. This company continues to grow despite the difficult economic times.

      Cons

      If you are not driven, goal oriented, and career focused, then you will have a difficult time finding your place within this company.
