Pros

No pros....unless you enjoy dressing in pajamas

Cons

Literally everything. There is absolutely NO structure at this site. There is NO room to grow and there are absolutely no incentives to keep you. Management is incredibly unprofessional and is more concerned about social aspects of the job versus actually accomplishing anything that contributes to the success of the company. The job title you are given is not what you are actually paid to do. You WILL end up completing tasks for other positions that you are not affiliated with. Trust me, STRAY AWAY from this drama filled site of a job.

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
