1) Managers are frustrated. 2) Process is not defined at all. 3) employees are treated as labour’s 4) School type behaviour by manager - Very micro management. 5) Monthly accounts keep on changing. 6) Forced to work extra hours and manadatory work on Saturday on month end. 7) Traning is for name sake and once in production it’s difficult to get help as others are also busy and pressured to work. 8) Forced to work even if covid +
