Pros

Two weeks training that is paid, then I suggest putting in your two weeks.

Cons

I don't have enough time or energy to write down everything that was wrong with this company because it's is honestly about 80% my time being here. The negative aspects of XPO include; Middle Management, Commision (if it exists?), Salary (30K), work/home life, Company culture (College Frat Boy), Minimum 100 Calls to companies that you already know don't ship anything (Doctor's Offices, Funeral Homes, Karate places, Lawyers Offices, Churches), Finding your own leads is accepted only after hours. They do not promote from within, unless you work there for a VERY long time...which would probably be a bigger waste of time than memorizing the dictionary. Honestly, I think Michael Jordan has a better chance at going back to BASEBALL and being successful than you do at being promoted. I know most of you would be considered entry level and are looking for anything with a salary, but it would be ten times better to intern at a company you actually want to work for rather than choosing this. The sad truth is that this company will continue to grow because they know how desperate recent college grads are for jobs/money and they take advantage of it.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
