Pros

There's a lady that makes cakes.

Cons

I've never hated a job more. They call it a "hunter role." They obviously don't know what that means. No position here is strategic, you call and quote and if XPO wins pricing (which is rare) you get paid minimally for each sale. No frills. If you're a hard worker take your talents somewhere that appreciates you, compensates you fairly and has a fun culture.
