Pros

No compelling reasons to work at XPO Logistics Supply Chain

Cons

Senior management are bullies, and very unprofessional. Inevitably there will be profanity during meetings. This behavior is condoned. There are 2 standards, one for males and another for females. When males need time off for 6 months to handle a serious medical problem, they are openly granted a leave (with pay). However women are not granted the same treatment. I was terminated and received the letter after the termination date. The binding letter of offer stated clearly that I would get 6 months salary if I were let go for any reason, however I never received this pay and did not even get my 4 weeks vacation pay. I sent numerous letters to Senior management requesting my severance pay with no response. In summary, this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. After thousands of hours of overtime and meeting all commitments, they release me with a letter after the termination. The senior management team are not professional as they condone profanity in public meetings, discrimiate against females, and are very unethical in business practices.

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
