      - Small team and mostly close knit - Used to have interesting projects before the acquisition - Limited travel

      Cons

      - Attrition has been way too high - not able to retain good people - Lacking in diversity of people - Project pipeline needs a lot more work - Moving away from core financial sector focus due to low pipeline - Management is very unstructured since the acquisition - Growth opportunities appear bleak
